Common Questions

What subscribers ask first.

Are the metrics scientifically validated?
The 12 Master Metrics combine peer-reviewed instruments adapted from development economics, theology, and community psychology — with field validation across multiple HTWN partner communities. Methodology documentation is included with every Practitioner and Partner plan.
How are scores actually measured?
Communities self-administer the diagnostic instruments using the survey templates included in your plan. The SAES Dashboard tool aggregates responses and calculates each index. Year-1 baseline → Year-3 reassessment → Year-10 evaluation.
Can we use this without a facilitator?
Yes — the Practitioner plan is designed for self-administration. The Facilitator Training add-on is recommended for communities running large-scale or longitudinal assessments, but is not required.
What about institutional partners (UNDP, World Bank, AfDB)?
The Partner tier is built for this. We work with your evaluation and impact teams to integrate HTWN metrics into existing programme frameworks, run external evaluations, and provide funder-grade reporting.
Do you offer pricing in local currencies?
Yes — ministry pricing is available in GHS, NGN, KES, ZAR, GBP, EUR, and other regional currencies. Just mention your preferred currency when you sign up and we'll quote accordingly.
How does payment work?
After you submit your subscription request, our team will reach out within 48 hours with invoicing options — wire transfer, Paystack (Africa), Stripe (global), or institutional purchase order for the Partner tier.
